Help us receive security reports safely.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting the public website at logicalfire.com, email info@lgfs.inwith the subject Website Security Report. Do not include passwords, access tokens, personal data, client data or exploit code in the first message.
What to include
- the affected URL or feature;
- a concise description of the issue and its potential impact;
- safe, minimal steps that allow us to understand the observation;
- the date and time observed, including time zone; and
- a contact method for follow-up.
Keep testing safe
Do not access, change, retain or disclose another person's information. Do not use phishing, social engineering, denial-of-service, destructive testing, malware, physical intrusion or high-volume automated scanning. Stop when you have the minimum evidence needed to describe the suspected issue. This page does not authorise unlawful access or testing; obtain written permission before performing any intrusive activity.
What happens next
We may ask for additional information through an appropriate channel and may coordinate timing for any public disclosure. This page does not promise a response time, reward, bug bounty, vulnerability status or permission to disclose information. Reports unrelated to the public website may be redirected or closed.

If a report involves an immediate threat to life, safety or active criminal activity, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement authority. Do not use this route for project enquiries, customer support or marketing messages.
