Privacy notice
Clear information about the data you share with us.
This notice explains how LogicalFire handles personal information collected through logicalfire.com. LogicalFire is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to info@lgfs.in.
Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect:
- your name, work email, organisation and role;
- your region or time zone and the type of work you are considering;
- the business problem, desired outcome or other details you choose to provide;
- the website page and campaign parameters connected with your enquiry; and
- limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, production data, client-confidential material, or sensitive health or financial information through the enquiry form.
Why we use it
- to review and respond to the enquiry you asked us to handle;
- to discuss a possible project, partnership or other business relationship;
- to protect the website, prevent misuse and diagnose delivery failures; and
- to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and protecting our services, legal obligations, or consent where we specifically ask for it. You are not legally or contractually required to submit an enquiry, but we cannot respond without the required contact and project-context fields.
How information is shared
Enquiries are delivered to authorised LogicalFire team members using Zoho Mail. Website hosting, email and security service providers may process limited information on our behalf. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and network signals to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse before an enquiry is accepted. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry content for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
International processing
Our team and service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we use the safeguards required for the relevant transfer and take reasonable steps to protect the information.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess a possible business relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The retention period depends on whether the enquiry progresses, the nature of the correspondence and applicable legal requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised using our operational processes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location. Contact info@lgfs.in to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Cookies and measurement
This release does not intentionally use non-essential advertising or marketing cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technology, we will update this notice and use consent controls where required before those technologies are activated.
Security and updates
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Security concerns should follow our responsible disclosure guidance. We may update this notice when our website or processing changes; the effective date above will show the current version.
